Having gathered all the information and analysed the completeness of the offers, the Commission carrying out the procedure on behalf of the Ordering Party states that the best bid fulfilling jointly all the requirements listed in the Request for proposal (No. 1/2021 of February 2, 2022) was submitted by Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma SA.

(calculation using average exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland on the February 2, 2022 – the date of the bidding process initiation). - The invoice due date: 30 days
- The pricing proposal was submitted: March 4, 2022.
